customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene considerations, opened/used products are not eligible for return. However, we will assist in resolving any issues with the product or related to logistics.

3. How Long Does It Take To Process a Return?

Once your refund is approved, you will receive the full amount back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

No, partial refunds or credits are not available for individual items within a set or gift box. You must return the entire set to request a refund.
