1. Shipping Details
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) to ensure dependable and nationwide delivery. Please review the following policy for full details on shipping times, rates, and restrictions.
Order Processing Time
- After you submit the order, it will be shipped out 24/48 hours and collected 24/48 hours after shipment
- Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be extended
2. Shipping Cost
We use USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on package weight and destination. Estimated delivery times are 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Over $40 : Free
- 0 – 1 lb : $5.99
- 1 – 3 lb : $14.50
- Over 3 lb : $19.50
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $40 (after discounts, before tax).
3.Recipient's Absence/ Unclear Address
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. MIORIO is not responsible for:
- Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS
- Delivery errors caused by unattended locations or mailboxes
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- Check around your delivery area and with neighbors
- Wait 1–2 business days (sometimes USPS scans early)
- Contact USPS directly using your tracking number
